An astute property investor himself, KK realised his passion for real estate and the exciting dynamics of the market while making his own initial investments and growing his portfolio.


This spurred him to get his real estate licence at the age of 55. His growth in the industry thereafter has been nothing but phenomenal. 


Any client, team-mate, or colleague of his will tell you that KK is an inspiration to all. He constantly demonstrates nothing but relentless passion, a positive attitude and amazing energy. 


As someone who’s always moving with the times, KK is among the minority of agents in the industry who are nicknamed “digital realtors”.

Although his children once asked him to slow down or stop working, KK says few things bring him greater joy and happiness than seeing his clients experience these two words: Financial Freedom. 


“It’s really so fulfilling and satisfying to see the joy and happiness in my clients when they open the doors to their new homes,” said the sprightly 60-something.


KK adds, “I only have one regret since I joined the industry. I should have done so much earlier!”

During the day of the visit to the Parc Riviera showroom, as I did not make any prior appointment, I am not sure who will be there to guide me. Fortunately, KK was available to show me the show units. He is able to walk me thru the various key points of the units, highlighting the difference between the show unit and the actual unit. During the discussion on the selection of the units and paperwork, he was able to illustrate the information concisely in order for me to make my decision. Throughout the whole decision making process, he was very patient in explaining the details and never push for the sales; giving me ample time to make a good decision even though units were moving quickly as it was a crowded weekend. Even when he had to service other customers while I was given considering the unit that I want, he was able to get back quickly to service my purchase.
